Where do you deliver?
We can deliver anywhere in the U.K. In London, the majority of our deliveries are by electric van or bike, and if this isn't possible we carbon offset our deliveries.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a £5, no matter how many plants you order.
How long will delivery take?
Deliveries will generally take place on Fridays, although due to the current pressure on delivery companies, we have been advised parcels may arrive on Saturday or latest Monday.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes, you can choose which week you would like delivery when you checkout.
Can I amend my order?
Up to 4 hours after placing your order, this isn't a problem. Any later than that, and we might have already begun picking out your order. Just email us as soon as possible on email@example.com with your order number and the amends you need, and we'll sort it out.
I'm not happy with my plants, what do I do?
Our plants are sourced from reputable growers and quality checked before being packed. If you're not happy with your plants when they arrive, we offer a plant promise to sort it out. Just get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I care for my plants?
Each product page has care instructions, and we’ll send you plant care tips and info. We’re building our Growing Hub to give you the ultimate care support, so let us know if there’s anything you want and we’ll try to build it in.
